Pre and Post Natal training is specialist. As such I have additional qualifications as well as first hand experience.

Together we'll create a fitness programme to help you safely achieve your goals. Helping you to stay fit, strengthen your pelvic floor, restore muscle mass and recover abdominal separation.

This session for two people can be tailored to your mutual goals, whether that's weight-loss, muscle gain or general fitness.
